I’ve found the three most important things in battling adversity are determination, hope and a sense of humor. My grandmother who fled religious persecution and arrived in America just in time to raise 5 children during the Great Depression of the 1920’s often said to me “You only have two choices in this world, you can laugh or you can cry”. I’ve chosen to laugh.
Believe in your dream, envision success and dedicate your energies to a positive outcome.
What is basic to you may not be basic to others. Find a few understandable ways to explain what you do and show value.
Always be out there. You never know when opportunity knocks. Think out of the box.
